Can cancel and change the Day of exam until 4 days before the scheduled day. For changing the date they charge $60 and you have to pay them before selecting another day. If you don't cancel or change it at least 4 days before the test, they will not refund anything.
You can change the date through your account TOEFL or contact your Regional Registration Center.
You can NOT change the date or cancel the exam via mail.
