Registration and purchase conditions
1. Identification data and object
This document regulates the relationship between Técnicas Lingüísticas Aplicadas (TLA) and the student when acquiring products or services through the websites gmatbarcelona.com and gmatonline.es.
2. Acceptance of the conditions
By signing up, you fully accept these terms and conditions. Before authorizing payment, the student must read and accept them. If you do not agree, do not continue with the process and contact us at info@gmatbarcelona.com.
3. Prerequisites and availability
Before making any payment, the student must receive advice from the center about the most appropriate course for their case and confirm availability.
4. Payment and prices
Course and service fees must be paid in full in advance, before the start date. Payments can be made by card, bank transfer, or, when applicable, in cash. There are no additional registration fees or other charges not listed on our websites.
5. Group formation and cancellation by the center
The minimum number of participants for in-person courses or virtual classrooms with instructors is 4. If this minimum is not met, the center may cancel the course and refund 100% of the amount paid.
6. Cancellations and refunds by the student
If the student communicates his withdrawal in writing to info@gmatbarcelona.com If you notify the course at least 20 calendar days before the start date, you will be entitled to a refund of 100% of the amount paid. If you notify the course less than 20 calendar days in advance, the refund will be 60% of the amount paid. Once the course has started, non-attendance does not entitle you to a refund. All refunds are made by bank transfer. No cash refunds are available.
7. Postponements due to force majeure
If, once classes have started, due to force majeure the student needs to postpone his/her course, he/she must request it in writing to info@gmatbarcelona.comOur training center will assess the case and, if appropriate, may offer in writing the option of continuing on another course with similar characteristics within the same calendar year. A maximum of two postponements are allowed; after the third postponement, rescheduling may incur an additional fee.
8. Specific conditions by modality
- For the full course with a teacher, before registering, the student must confirm through direct contact that a spot is available in the chosen course.
- In private tutoring, before paying for a package of hours, the student must propose preferred time slots and months to confirm the available schedule.
- For online courses via the platform, once the purchase is made, login credentials will be sent within a maximum of one hour.
9. Applicable legislation
These terms and conditions comply with current regulations regarding electronic contracting and information society services in Spain.
