{"id":18632,"date":"2019-04-30T09:45:51","date_gmt":"2019-04-30T07:45:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gmatbarcelona.com\/?p=18632"},"modified":"2026-04-22T16:01:40","modified_gmt":"2026-04-22T14:01:40","slug":"gmat-nueva-tasa-examen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gmatbarcelona.com\/en\/examenes\/gmat-nueva-tasa-examen","title":{"rendered":"GMAT: New exam rate"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>From <strong>April 30, 2019<\/strong>, the fee for taking the exam <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><a title=\"GMAT\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gmatbarcelona.com\/en\/gmat\/gmat-proximos-cursos\/\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>GMAT<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/span> in European test center locations has increased by approximately US <strong>$35<\/strong>, from US <strong>$250<\/strong> to US <strong>$285<\/strong> *. With this change, candidates can now pay exam fees <strong><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><a title=\"GMAT\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gmatbarcelona.com\/en\/gmat\/gmat-proximos-cursos\/\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">GMAT<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/strong> in certain <strong>local currencies<\/strong>: pounds sterling and <strong>euros<\/strong>. The <strong>candidates<\/strong> Testing in the UK will pay \u00a3225 and candidates in places where the official currency is Euros will pay <strong>\u20ac250<\/strong>. For all other service center locations <strong>tests<\/strong> listed, fees will be charged in US dollars.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>The places affected by these changes are:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>How has the price for rescheduling and canceling GMAT appointments changed?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Based on feedback we&#039;ve received from test takers at <strong>GMAT<\/strong>, the price for <strong>reschedule and cancel GMAT test dates<\/strong> has been restructured to provide more flexibility for test takers and reduce the financial burden for those who need to make last-minute changes to their <strong>exam date<\/strong>. In addition, the <strong>rates<\/strong> are reduced for those who reschedule 60 days or more before their appointment.<\/p>\n<p>From <strong>April 30, 2019<\/strong>, the <strong>rates<\/strong> of rescheduling and cancellation of dates will be structured in three <strong>levels<\/strong> based on the amount of time between your original scheduled date and a test date change:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>A) 1 to 14 days before the appointment<br \/>\nB) 15 to 60 days before the appointment<br \/>\nC) More than 60 days before the appointment.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>According to <strong>requirements<\/strong> regulations, if carried out <strong>tests<\/strong> within the EU, a full refund will be provided if the appointment is canceled within <strong>14 days later<\/strong> at the date of registration.<\/p>\n<p>Contact Customer Service at <a title=\"GMAT\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gmatbarcelona.com\/en\/gmat\/gmat-proximos-cursos\/\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>GMAT<\/strong><\/span><\/a> by phone at +44 (0) 1618557219 between 9 am and 5 pm <strong>GMAT<\/strong> or by live chat through mba.com.
